Megan Stetson
Megan Stetson, a healthcare expert, holds degrees in Health Science and Physician Assistant studies from the University of Florida. With 7 years as a Trauma and Acute Care Surgery PA and later overseeing Advanced Practice Providers, she's now the C.O.O. at Columbia Family Chiropractic. Megan's Hall of Fame recognition from the University of Florida reflects her dedication. Advocating holistic health, she blends healthcare and chiropractic knowledge to restore true wellness. Beyond work, she enjoys family time, reading, writing, and the beach.

Personal Injury Operations
Morgan Bishop
Morgan has a deep passion for holistic care and natural healing, which led her to join Columbia Family Chiropractic. After serving in several roles at the practice, she now oversees all personal injury accounts. When she’s not working, Morgan enjoys traveling to the beach and mountains, and spending time with her son, and in the spring, you can always find her at a University of South Carolina baseball game. She loves helping people achieve optimal health through holistic care, making her role at Columbia Family Chiropractic truly fulfilling.

Kennedy Payne
Kennedy earned a double major in History and News Media from the University of Alabama. Before joining Columbia Family Chiropractic, she worked as a reporter in Augusta, Georgia, where she gained valuable experience in research, writing, and storytelling. She has always valued people’s stories and perspectives, and she enjoys bringing that same sense of connection and care to her role at Columbia Family Chiropractic. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to the mountains, exploring new places, and spending time with family and friends.

Kaley Moore
Kaley was born and raised in Florida and is excited to begin a new adventure after moving to South Carolina this year with her Australian Shepherd pup, Jasper. Growing up in the Sunshine State shaped her love for the outdoors and her appreciation for a vibrant lifestyle. She is currently studying at the University of Central Florida, pursuing a degree in health services administration. Her passion for healthcare drives her to explore various avenues within the field, and she aspires to make a positive impact on community health. As she transitions to South Carolina, Kaley is eager to connect with new people and immerse herself in the local culture. She looks forward to discovering everything this new chapter has to offer, both personally and professionally.

Elissa Hagar
Elissa moved to South Carolina at the end of 2021. She graduated with honors from Columbia College in California with a degree in Social and Behavioral Health Sciences. She has completed the SC Ultimate Outsider and is now working on the National Parks with 7 out of 63 completed. She loves the beach, reading, traveling and spending time with friends. She enjoys being a part of the Columbia Family Chiropractic family and connecting with all of the patients.

Carolanne Arcila
Carolanne comes from Bergen County, New Jersey, and is thrilled to be part of Columbia Family Chiropractic as a Chiropractic Assistant. She has a deep passion for holistic wellness and a genuine desire to help people improve their lives by enhancing their well-being, fostering healthier habits, and creating more balanced routines. Outside of work, Carolanne treasures her time with her daughter, whether they’re visiting the beach, enjoying park outings, or hosting fun dance parties at home.

Brittney Queen
Patient Success Coordinator
Brittney Queen was born and raised in Columbia. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Public Health, focusing on Exercise Science. She now serves as the Active Patient Care Coordinator at Columbia Family Chiropractic and enjoys building personal relationships with patients while assisting with their care plans. In her free time, Brittney loves staying active and keeping busy, and when she’s not with friends, she can usually be found doing something on the move.

Emma Tew
Front Desk Coordinator
Emma was born and raised in the beautiful state of Montana. From a young age, she knew she had a deep love for helping people and has always been passionate about holistic care. In her previous role as a clinic manager, she was able to support patients and witness their success through holistic approaches. Taking a leap of faith, Emma landed in Columbia, where she is excited to serve the community. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the gym, baking sourdough goodies, or simply soaking up the outdoors.

Sam Meyer
Sam is originally from Connecticut and moved to Columbia several years ago to pursue her education at the University of South Carolina. After graduating with a degree in Public Health, she discovered her passion for all things health and fitness. Over the past few years, wellness has taken center stage in her life, and working at Columbia Family Chiropractic has allowed her to build meaningful relationships with like-minded people. Sam continues to focus on personal growth, striving to nourish her mind, body, and soul. This ongoing journey has not only transformed her own life but has also deepened her commitment to sharing the message of holistic well-being with others. Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time in the gym, reading, cooking extravagant meals, and being surrounded by friends.

Emma Haagenson
Emma grew up in Minnesota—and sometimes you can still catch her accent! She later spent six years in Florida, where she earned her Certified Chiropractic Assistant License as well as her Limited X-Ray Operator License. Now settled in Columbia, Emma is loving every moment of her new home. She especially enjoys spending time outdoors, Saturdays at the Soda City Market, and taking occasional day trips to explore downtown Charleston. Believing that life is only as good as you think it is, Emma is excited to bring her positivity and enthusiasm into every patient’s care experience.
