Megan Stetson
Megan Stetson, a healthcare expert, holds degrees in Health Science and Physician Assistant studies from the University of Florida. With 7 years as a Trauma and Acute Care Surgery PA and later overseeing Advanced Practice Providers, she's now the C.O.O. at Columbia Family Chiropractic. Megan's Hall of Fame recognition from the University of Florida reflects her dedication. Advocating holistic health, she blends healthcare and chiropractic knowledge to restore true wellness. Beyond work, she enjoys family time, reading, writing, and the beach.

Morgan Bishop
Morgan has a deep passion for holistic care and natural healing, which led her to join Columbia Family Chiropractic. After serving in several roles at the practice, she now oversees all personal injury accounts. When she’s not working, Morgan enjoys traveling to the beach and mountains, and spending time with her son, and in the spring, you can always find her at a University of South Carolina baseball game. She loves helping people achieve optimal health through holistic care, making her role at Columbia Family Chiropractic truly fulfilling.

Kennedy Payne
Kennedy earned a double major in History and News Media from the University of Alabama. Before joining Columbia Family Chiropractic, she worked as a reporter in Augusta, Georgia, where she gained valuable experience in research, writing, and storytelling. She has always valued people’s stories and perspectives, and she enjoys bringing that same sense of connection and care to her role at Columbia Family Chiropractic. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to the mountains, exploring new places, and spending time with family and friends.

Sam Meyer
Sam is originally from Connecticut and moved to Columbia several years ago to pursue her education at the University of South Carolina. After graduating with a degree in Public Health, she discovered her passion for all things health and fitness. Over the past few years, wellness has taken center stage in her life, and working at Columbia Family Chiropractic has allowed her to build meaningful relationships with like-minded people. Sam continues to focus on personal growth, striving to nourish her mind, body, and soul. This ongoing journey has not only transformed her own life but has also deepened her commitment to sharing the message of holistic well-being with others. Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time in the gym, reading, cooking extravagant meals, and being surrounded by friends.

Elissa Hagar
Elissa moved to South Carolina at the end of 2021. She graduated with honors from Columbia College in California with a degree in Social and Behavioral Health Sciences. She has completed the SC Ultimate Outsider and is now working on the National Parks with 7 out of 63 completed. She loves the beach, reading, traveling and spending time with friends. She enjoys being a part of the Columbia Family Chiropractic family and connecting with all of the patients.

Shania Franklin
Shania Franklin is a Columbia, South Carolina native and a graduate of the College of Charleston, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a minor in Communications. She has a strong passion for health and wellness and brings over three years of experience in the Holistic and Functional Medicine field. Outside of work, Shania enjoys cooking, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends. She is excited to bring her skills and passion to the team at Columbia Family Chiropractic.

Lydia Welch Nitz
Lydia grew up in Washington State, and yes, she would consider herself a coffee snob! She spent three years in Texas, where she earned her NASM Certified Strength and Conditioning Coaching certification. During that time, she worked with clients coming out of physical therapy and with post-stroke patients, helping them rebuild balance and strength.

Now settled in Columbia, Lydia is loving every moment of her new home. She especially enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing on Saturdays, and taking occasional day trips to explore mountain trails or cool coffee houses. She is committed to normalizing health and wellness through a holistic mindset and encouraging strength training in any capacity. Lydia brings a tenacious and bubbly personality everywhere she goes.

Heather Hagan
Heather Hagan is a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant who is passionate about helping patients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their healthcare journey. Before joining Columbia Family Chiropractic, Heather spent 10 years working in the finance industry, where she developed strong skills in client service, organization, and administrative support.

Heather is a graduate of Midlands and holds certifications in Phlebotomy and as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Her healthcare training, combined with her extensive experience working directly with people, allows her to provide compassionate support while helping the office run smoothly.

Heather enjoys building relationships with patients and takes pride in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door. Her attention to detail, caring nature, and commitment to service make her a valued member of the Columbia Family Chiropractic team.

Kaitlin Shortman
Originally from upstate New York, Kaitlin has spent most of her life in Columbia. She spent much of her career in the service industry, where she developed a passion for customer service and spreading joy. During her 13 years at Starbucks, she worked her way up to Store Manager. After experiencing significant health improvements as a patient at Columbia Family Chiropractic, she is now eager to share her experience with the community. In her free time, Kaitlin enjoys spending quality time with her son, reading, and attending hockey games.

Kaley Moore
Kaley is a Florida native who now resides in Columbia, South Carolina. Growing up in the Sunshine State shaped her love for the outdoors and her appreciation for a vibrant lifestyle. She studied Health Services Administration at the University of Central Florida, where she developed a strong interest in healthcare and patient-centered service. Her passion for healthcare drives her to explore various avenues within the field, and she aspires to make a positive impact on community health. Kaley brings a warm and welcoming presence to Columbia Family Chiropractic and is dedicated to helping create a positive experience for every patient who walks through the door.
Outside of work, Kaley enjoys spending time with her son and fiancé. She loves being out on the water, exploring new places, discovering new hobbies and spending time with friends and family.
