I have now settled here in Columbia and am loving every moment of it! I deeply enjoy my time outdoors here, especially Saturdays at the Soda City Market as well as occasional day trips to enjoy downtown Charleston. Sam Meyer.jpg

Clinic Lead

Sam Meyer

Originally from Connecticut, I moved to Columbia several years ago to pursue my education at the University of South Carolina. Graduating with a degree in Public Health, I found my passion in everything health and fitness. Over the past few years, wellness has definitely taken center stage in my life, and working at CFC has helped me foster relationships with like-minded people. Today, I️ am still on the quest to expand my personal growth, striving to nourish my mind, body, and soul. This ongoing journey has not only transformed my own life, but has also deepened my commitment to spreading the message of holistic well-being to anyone who will listen. When I'm not at work, you can find me in the gym, reading, cooking an extravagant meal, or surrounding myself with friends.
