Columbia Family Says...

We agree! Your health, whether physical, mental or emotional, can be helped by increasing your physical activity! Engaging in exercise helps to load joints, increase muscle and bone strength and density. Release good stress hormones and aid in cardiovascular function! Some ways to start incorporating physical activity in your daily life includes going for walks/runs, playing with your child(ren) or grandkid(s), and joining a gym that has personal trainers/ classes.
