Homeschool Science Day: Discover the Amazing Power of the Nervous System

Learning is always more exciting when it's hands-on, and that's exactly what families can expect at our upcoming Homeschool Science Day. We're inviting homeschool students and their families to join us for an interactive experience that explores one of the most fascinating systems in the human body: the nervous system.

During this fun and educational event, kids will participate in a hands-on science experiment that demonstrates how the brain, spinal cord, and nerves work together to help every part of the body communicate. From movement and coordination to healing, growth, and everyday function, the nervous system plays a vital role in keeping our bodies working the way they're designed to.

Our goal is to spark curiosity while helping children better understand how incredible the human body truly is. By making science interactive and easy to understand, we hope to inspire kids to ask questions, explore new ideas, and appreciate the important connection between the brain, spine, and the rest of the body.

In addition to the science activity, we'll be offering free posture checks for children. These quick screenings give parents valuable insight into their child's posture and spinal health while providing an opportunity to ask questions about healthy movement, backpack habits, and other everyday activities that can affect growing bodies.

We know every homeschool family's schedule is different, so we're offering three opportunities to attend. Join us on Tuesday, August 25, at our O'Neil office, Wednesday, August 26, at our Northeast office, or Friday, August 28, at our Forest Acres office. Each event begins at 12:00 PM.
