May is Movement Month here at Columbia Family Chiropractic! Did you know what type of movement and exercise will benefit your body the best?














DIFFERENT BODIES, DIFFERENT GOALS

Everyone's bodies are different and everyone has different goals. There are many different types of exercise such as: strength training, cardio, high intensity interval training, yoga, functional strength training, pilates, balance and flexibility training, kickboxing, tai chi... the list goes on!




WHAT KIND OF EXERCISE IS BEST FOR YOU?

Ask your Doctor about which type of exercise may be best for you! Until then, you can participate in movement may by doing our push-up/squat challenge! Take the numerical day of the month and times that by 2! That's how many push-ups and squats you will do!

IE: May 14th you will do 28 push-up and 28 squats!
